The questions that come up most, answered from the same policies the shop runs on. Anything not here, one person reads the support inbox.
Orders and delivery
- Where is my order?
- Everything is printed after you order, so allow three to seven business days before it ships, plus delivery time (about 6–12 business days in total to a US address). Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves the printer. If a US order is past 12 business days, or tracking has not moved for ten days, email us with your order email.
- How long does delivery take?
- Printing takes three to seven business days, then delivery: 3–5 business days in the United States (about 6–12 in total), 6–10 to Canada and the UK (about 9–17 in total), and 10–15 to Australia, Ireland and New Zealand (about 13–22 in total). Orders placed on a weekend start production the following Monday.
- What does shipping cost?
- A flat $4 per order, or $8 if the order includes a blanket. Orders of $50 or more, before any discount, ship free.
- Do you ship outside the US?
- Yes, to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. More countries as demand and printing partners allow. Customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Any time before production starts, which is usually a few hours after you order. Once printing has begun the item exists and can't be cancelled, but the returns policy still applies.
Sizing
- How do I pick a size?
- T-shirts are a regular fit with a standard length, and hoodies a modern fit, more tailored than regular. If you are between sizes and want room, take the larger one. The Athena's Wisdom hoodie is a women's relaxed fit that already sits loose. Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements, and the full charts are on the shipping and returns page.
- The size is wrong.
- Send it back within 30 days unworn and we'll swap it. Check the measurements on the shipping page first, tees are a regular fit and hoodies a more tailored modern fit.
Returns and problems
- Can I return or exchange something?
- Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty. Email support@echoesapparel.com with your order email, the item, and whether you want an exchange or a refund, and we'll reply with how to send it back.
- It arrived damaged or misprinted.
- Send a photo and your order email. Misprints get replaced, not repaired, and you keep the first one.
- My parcel seems to be lost.
- If tracking has not moved for ten days, write to us and we will open a claim with the carrier, and reprint the order if it is confirmed lost.
Payment and discounts
- Is my payment information safe?
- Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe, so we never see or store your card details, and every session is encrypted.
- Are there any discounts?
- 10% off any order of 2 or more items, and free shipping on orders of $50 or more before the discount. Both apply on their own in the cart; there are no codes to find.
The products
- How is everything made?
- Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed once you buy it and ships in three to seven business days. The tees are Bella + Canvas 3001, soft lightweight combed ring-spun cotton, printed so the ink sits in the weave instead of cracking on top of it. Each product page lists its fabric, weight and care.
- Will there be new designs?
- Yes. New pieces go out collection by collection with no fixed schedule. New designs are announced to the email list first, so that is the place to hear about one before it appears on the site.
- Can you make something for a verse or story I love?
- Sometimes. Tell us the passage or the case and why it matters to you. A few things in the range started as somebody's email.
Giving back
- Where does the 10% go?
- 10% of profit from every order, meaning what's left after printing, shipping and running the shop. It's totalled once a month and sent to charities working with people in need: hunger, homelessness, clean water and disaster relief. Every donation is listed in the donation log.
