When you buy something: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. These go to Stripe, who take the payment, and to our print partner, who make and ship the order.

We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card details on their own systems.

About ten days after an order, we email asking how it went. If you write back through the form there, we also keep the star rating, the name you sign it with and the review text, tied to that order.

Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you press Checkout. Clearing your browser data clears the cart.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited and how people find the site. It sets a cookie and records things like the pages you view, your approximate location and general device type, none of it tied to your name unless you have also placed an order. It does not run on our order dashboard.

A review is never published straight from the form. Each one sits privately until we read it and approve it; nothing you write is shown on the site, or anywhere else, without that step.

The one email asking for a review is about that order, not a newsletter, and it is the only one you'll get for it. Reply to it, or write to us, and we won't send another.

Stripe (payment processing), our print-on-demand partner (production and delivery), Google Analytics (site traffic), Resend (sending order and review-request emails) and Upstash (storing review submissions). We do not sell or rent customer data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Write to support@echoesapparel.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, including any review — published or not. We will action it within 30 days. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
