Shipping & returns

Your order does not exist until you place it. Printing takes three to seven business days before the parcel is handed to a carrier.

Orders placed on a weekend start production the following Monday.

Delivery time is on top of production. United States: 3–5 business days, so about 6–12 in total from order. Canada and the UK: 6–10, about 9–17 in total. Australia, Ireland and New Zealand: 10–15, about 13–22 in total.

Shipping is a flat $4 per order, or $8 if the order includes a blanket. Orders of $50 or more, before any discount, ship free.

Tracking is emailed automatically when the parcel leaves the printer. Customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

T-shirts are a regular fit with a standard length. If you are between sizes and want room, take the larger one. They're unisex, cut like a men's top: if you usually buy women's sizes, consider one size down, or lay a top you like flat and compare its chest width with the chart.

Measurements are laid flat. Chest is the width across the garment, one inch below the armhole; length runs from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Caps and beanies are one size with an adjustable or ribbed fit.

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty.

Because every piece is made for one person, we cannot resell returns, so please check the measurements before ordering.

1. Email support@echoesapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email, the item, and whether you want an exchange or a refund.

2. We reply with how to send it back.

3. Once it arrives, we ship the exchange or refund the item price.

Send a photo to support@echoesapparel.com within 30 days and we will reprint it at no cost. You keep the first one.

If tracking has not moved for ten days, write to us and we will open a claim with the carrier and reprint if it is confirmed lost.

Printables are PDF files, not physical products, so nothing ships and none of the timings above apply. The download links appear on the page you return to after paying and are emailed to you at the same time. They keep working, so you can download the files again later.

Because a file can't be sent back once it has been downloaded, printables can't be returned. If a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what the product page described, write to support@echoesapparel.com within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
